As a Yoga Alliance certified instructor, I am deeply passionate about helping others achieve balance and peace in their lives through the practice of yoga. I have been on my own personal wellness journey for many years and have come to understand the profound benefits that yoga can bring to the mind, body, and spirit.

Whether you are a beginner or have been practicing for years, I am here to support you and help you deepen your practice. I will help you find the right modifications or variations to make sure that each practice is challenging yet also safe for you.
